I Should be Sleeping…
…BUT I’M NOT…
Well, it’s been one of those days! I’ve come to realize that I should have chosen a different name for the title of my previous blog. Ever hear of the cycle…what comes around goes around…or the idea of what you say actually is enough to jinx you. Hhhhmmmm…I should have thought about that!
Let’s see…things surely got worse! The night I posted that blog, I couldn’t sleep. So, at 4 am I drove to the store for some coffee and chips. On the way home, my car broke down! Hahahaha…NOT FUNNY! But if I laugh, I may not cry. A friend of mine (someone I wish was more than a friend) came over the next night to look at it. Apparently, it’s my heater core…thank god winter is over! I’m just going to re-route my wires and be done with it – until summer. I’ll eventually get it fixed.
To add to it, I still haven’t talked to my son! It’s been over 3 weeks. That’s just outright bullshit if you ask me…he’s supposed to be able to call me everyday – why aren’t they letting him! On a good note, my grandson showed up today…one day early. When he’s here, no matter what’s going wrong, he always makes me smile – maybe cuz he’s only 3 months old!

He is my son’s pride and joy…and he’s such a great dad too! It makes me so proud just to realize that I did a good job raising him. Being a single mom, I always wondered if I was doing the right things…teaching them enough morals. This right here proves it…I couldn’t be happier!
Back to the bad part of my week…I was right! I’m officially losing my house – and am having one hell of a time finding another one…damn economy! But, as usual life shall go on…and I know we’ll be okay…I hope…
Enough rambling for now…I shall return tomorrow!
